Our WHY
Hello! Welcome to our page, we are excited to have you. First things first, why did we choose Forever The Browns as our name. Well because we have literally always been the Browns. Amanda’s maiden name is also Brown, a lucky coincidence.
We have designed our site to share with you our authentic selves. Whether working with clients for Real Estate or Airbnb, or running into you in the grocery store as we shop for our next recipe post, we want you to feel comfortable coming up to say hi. Our Story
High school sweethearts turn business dynamic duo. We have fallen in love with Tacoma, stemming from when Kevin got hired with the Fire Department 8 years ago. After purchasing our first home and starting our own Airbnb, Real Estate became an obvious path. We thrive on family, coffee dates, exploring new areas, and cuddles with our son Parker and our Bernese Mountain dogs, Brody & Oliver.

Real Estate team with Mosaic Realty in Tacoma meets Airbnb super host consultants. Through being a Fire Fighter, Kevin has a real talent for remaining calm and making smart decisions in the most stressful situations. He has also became a master of Tacoma’s neighborhoods, unique building codes, and structures. Those skills partnered with Amanda’s degree from the University of Washington in Accounting and Marketing give you the complete package!

Cooking up new recipes is a creative outlet that we enjoy exploring together. Kevin likes finding and following a recipe that involves new cooking methods and has a beautiful presentation. Amanda is always looking for quick, cost effective, healthy recipes that can be meal prepped for the week. Her specialty is being able to take whatever is in the fridge and pantry and whip something up. A combination of the two and you have healthy, universally achievable recipes that taste and look amazing! Let us know if there is a specific dish or even ingredient that you want to see.
