Ingredients:
  • 2 Quaker Tomato & Basil Rice Cakes
  • 1/4-1/2 Medium Avocado
  • 2/3 Cup Egg Whites
  • Trader Joes Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
  • Spoonful of Salsa
Directions:
  1. Divide all ingredients amongst your two rice cakes, grab a napkin, and enjoy!
