Ingredients:
- 2 Quaker Tomato & Basil Rice Cakes
- 1/4-1/2 Medium Avocado
- 2/3 Cup Egg Whites
- Trader Joes Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
- Spoonful of Salsa
Directions:
- Divide all ingredients amongst your two rice cakes, grab a napkin, and enjoy!
