Kevin at Forever the Browns took away any fears we had by demonstrating his incredible knowledge of the market, teaching us what to look out for, and truly ensuring we made the best decision for us. He was attentive, quick to respond, and never made us feel like our first-timer questions were silly. We greatly appreciated his detailed financial analysis of each home we viewed. This made it easy to see what was realistically in the budget and how we wanted to spend our money. Kevin quickly learned our unique taste in a home (loves, likes, and dislikes) and never wasted our time on properties he knew were not for us. In fact, we had so much confidence in him that we put in an offer on a home he recommended that we had never even visited! An amazing property became available while we were both traveling out of state.
