We were purchasing a new home out of state on contingency, and very concerned about being able to accomplish what was needed to list our home in a short amount of time. Kevin was quick to respond, did a remote walk-through, and assured us it was possible to accomplish what was needed within the short time frames we had. Communication between Kevin and the team was excellent throughout the process, and Kevin even helped us move some large items which we so appreciated!
